1 November 2023: International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) leadership delegation consisting of it’s President Tencho Gyatso; Bhuchung Tsering, Head of Research and Monitoring Unit; Kai Muellar, Executive Director of ICT Germany; and Wangpo Tethong, Executive Director of ICT Germany visits Library of Tibetan Works and Archives. They are taken around the Institute and briefed by its Deputy Secretary, Tenzin Lhawang.
