The Tibet Bureau Geneva will be hosting a virtual event to launch a book distribution project as part of Thank You His Holiness program. The event will be broadcasted live on Wednesday 31 March 2021 at 7:00 to 8:00 pm (IST); 3:30 to 4:30 pm (Geneva) and 9:30 am to 10:30 am (New York) through Tibet TV Facebook page.
The speakers of the event include Representative of the Tibet Bureau Geneva Chhimey Rigzen, the Director of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives Geshe Lhakdor and Secretary of the Department of International Relations and CTA’s spokesperson Karma Choeying.
As part of “Thank You His Holiness the Dalai Lama” program, the Tibet Bureau Geneva will launch free distribution of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s four books: Art of Happiness, Freedom in Exile, Beyond Religion and Toward a True Kinship of Faith, to 113 libraries across Central and Eastern Europe. 113 libraries symbolise our prayer and submission to His Holiness the Dalai Lama to live for at least 113 years for the benefit of all sentient beings.
In observance of the CTA’s year of gratitude to His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the Tibet Bureau Geneva hosted virtual interactive events earlier dedicated to understand and express sincere gratitude for the many benefactions of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
