Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
LTWA organised a Monastic Graduate Program at Gangtok in collaboration with the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Gangtok, Sikkim. The program lasted from 3rd till 29th of September.
