Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
LTWA launches three significant historical publications (Tibetan) brought out by LTWA. The books were released by Kungo Thupten Samphel la, Director of the Tibet Policy Institute, CTA in presence of senior CTA officials, scholars, Tibetan media and general public.
