As requested and organised by Goa University the director, Geshe Lhakdor will teach from December 6 -10, 2021 from 3 – 4:20 pm. Topics covered during the teaching will be Meaning of Dharma and How to Practice, Wisdom in the Age of Information, Four Seals, Hope in Darkness and Understanding Life and Facing Challenges. All talks will include Prayer and Meditation. On 10 December Geshe la will deliver a public talk on Mental Health.
