Topics planned to cover are: Day 1: Introduction to Buddhism & the Life of the Buddha Day 2: The Four Noble Truths & The Eightfold Path and Day 3: Meditation & Mindfulness in Buddhism. The focus of all these teachings are how to apply them in day to day life both in personal growth and in nurturing healthy relationships and for long term peace and happiness.
