Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
12 December 2019: LTWA winds up this academic year with a simple ceremonial function where certificates are awarded by the General Secretary to 158 students who successfully complete their respective courses. The institute offers courses on Tibetan language and Buddhist philosophy throughout its academic period starting mid-March till mid-December every year.
