  • Arrival of guests at 10:00 a.m
  • Lighting the butter lamp by Ven. Geshe Lhakdor la, director LTWA followed by offering prayers.
  • Welcome address by Ven. Geshe Lhakdor la.
  • Introductory speech on conservation by Teresa Heady, Senior Conservator (Former) British Museum, London, Ann Bancroft, Head of Conservation & Collection Care Barbados museum and Historical Society, Anupam Sah, Objects and Painting Conservator of Chhatrapati Shivaji museum, Mumbai.
  • Vote of thanks by Mr. Tenzin Lhawang la, Deputy Secretary of LTWA.
  • Tea and refreshment.
