- Introductory speech on conservation by Teresa Heady, Senior Conservator (Former) British Museum, London, Ann Bancroft, Head of Conservation & Collection Care Barbados museum and Historical Society, Anupam Sah, Objects and Painting Conservator of Chhatrapati Shivaji museum, Mumbai.
- Vote of thanks by Mr. Tenzin Lhawang la, Deputy Secretary of LTWA.
