Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
3 July 2025: Khawe Chenor (Tibet’s Treasure) of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA) organized a special program to celebrate the 90th birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. The event was held at the Annexe Hall, where all current staff members, along with several former staff members, gathered to mark the joyful occasion.
