On May 22, 2026, Library of Tibetan Works and Archives launched a new book titled བོད་མི་དམངས་འཆིང་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ལྕགས་སྒྲོག (A Study of the 17-Point Agreement and its History), authored by Chung Tsering and Sonam Dorjee.
