Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
In view of the evolving state of Coronavirus COVID-19 across the world and in India, all the classes of LTWA shall remain closed effective from 16 March 2020 until further notice as a precautionary measure against the spread of the virus and for the safety of all.
Those who have already given the fees shall be adjusted when the classes are reopened.
