Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
Second batch of international students successfully completes a three-year course on Buddhist Philosophy and Tibetan Language and Culture. A simple ceremonial function is observed to mark their successes where the certificates are distributed by the LTWA Director in presence of the LTWA General Secretary, Deputy Secretary and the Heads of Departments. The batch comprises seven students of five nationalities.
