4 October 2018: LTWA Deputy Secretary welcomes US Republican staffers Ms. Emily Manning and Mr. Igor Khrestin with the ICT president Mr. Matteo Meccaci and Ms. Tencho Gyatso, ICT Outreach Director to LTWA, where they are toured around and briefed about Tibetan culture and the activities of the institute.
