Join us for a deep dive into the Indo-Tibetan tradition of Buddhist psychology. Drawing from Asanga’s seminal Yogacara Abhidharma literature, this session moves beyond simple relaxation to explore the profound “science of the mind” that has guided practitioners for centuries. The talk will focus on the specific mental defense against distraction and forgetfulness. All are welcome.

About the Speaker: Khenpo Mriti holds the distinction of being the first Tibetan to receive a PhD in Religious Studies from McGill University, with a research focus on Buddhist psychology. In addition to his academic research, he has been active in teaching Buddhist psychology and participating in scholarly forums across Canada, the USA, India, and Nepal.
