7 March 2026: Mr. Juris Vilums, Latvian Hon. Member of Parliament, visited the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA). During his visit, he was briefed about the institution and its activities, and was given a guided tour of the premises by the LTWA Deputy Secretary.
