Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
On December 30, 2024, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor-la, Director of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA), met with a group of 15 members from the FPMT Vajrayogini Institute in France and three Tibetans. During the meeting, Geshe-la answered their questions on status of women in Buddhism, dealing with emotions, meaning of blessing and how to cultivate and maintain happiness in life etc.
