21 August 2020: Shri. Vishal Nehria, Legislative Member of Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh along with his group and Deputy Speaker of Tibetan Parliament in Exile visits Library of Tibetan Works and Archives. They are briefed and taken around the the Institution by its Director Ven. Geshe Lhakdor.
