Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
18-20 July 2023: The LTWA Director, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor la, gave a talk on Tibetan Language, Culture, Religion and Identity to around 100 Tibetan youths from 16 countries during International Tibet Youth Forum. The 3-day forum was organised by Department of Information and International Relations.
