Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
09 February 2023: Smt. Rinchen Lhamo la, National Commission for Minorities, Government of India, along with her team assisted by Mrs. Dolma Tsering la, Deputy Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament in Exile, paid a visit to Library of Tibetan Works and Archives. They are taken around the institute and briefed by LTWA Director, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor.
