The Foundation for Universal Responsibility, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi will launch a teaching by Ven. Geshe Lhakdor every Friday from September 18th – 6 pm to 7 pm. They are planning this for an initial period of three months, but will review the frequency, timing, duration, text etc. after a month.
