From 15th June to 15th July, a science leadership program is scheduled to take place in Nepal, involving 25 participants. Out of the total participants, 20 are monks and 5 are nuns. The program is designed to last for three weeks.During the first week, a teacher from India will join the participants and engage them in discussions on the scientific method of inquiry. The participants will have the opportunity to learn about the systematic approach to scientific research and investigation.Overall, the science leadership program in Nepal aims to enhance the participants’ understanding of scientific inquiry, while also providing them with foundational knowledge in neuroscience, cell biology, evolution, and cosmology. The program combines theoretical discussions with practical learning opportunities, facilitated by the Indian teacher, Suchitha Champak and supported by the interpreters from the science department of the LTWA.
