Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
October 21, 2014: US delegation from the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT), consisting of twelve members and led by its Director, Tencho Gyatso la, visited the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA). The director, Geshe Lhakdor la, welcomed them and briefed them about the institutes many activities.
