The Library of Tibetan Works & Archives (LTWA) is pleased to announce that our third batch of early morning Tibetan Language Class for the year 2019-2020 will start from 3rd September 2019 to 3rd October 2019. Those interested are requested to register your names at LTWA Administration Office.
