Bringing the Archive Home Project

Bringing the Archive Home Project (henceforth called the Project) will see the Meridian Trust, (MT) share its Tibetan religious and cultural film archive with the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA). The Meridian Trust and Library of Tibetan Works and Archives will work in a mutually supportive collaboration to edit and encode the archive, maximising its potential reach and impact. Once ‘processed’ the resulting content will be fully available via the Meridian and the Library’s website.
This collaborative approach between the two organisations will ensure that this unique collection is fully utilized: its potential as a key Tibetan Buddhist educational resource will be maximised in terms of both depth and breadth of dissemination.
