Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
The fifth and the last day of 5-day Animal Consciousness Conference was held on May 5, 2023, at the LTWA Conference Hall. First the participants, around 70, toured the library facilities, took a group photo and then the session on Ethics and Morality started. A very active and fruitful discussion took place which also included future conferences and implementation.
