The Library of Tibetan Works & Archives, represented by its Director, Venerable Geshe Lhakdor and Central University of Himachal Pradesh, represented by its Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kuldip Chand Agnohotri, sign a Memorandum of Understanding to foster academic exchange between the institutes, witnessed by the Registrar of CUHP and the General Secretary of LTWA admidst officials and scholars from both the institutes.
