Jigme Lodoe, Vice-principal of College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarah, graces the opening ceremony of the 17th three-month Intensive Translation Program starting 10 July through 9 October in presence of LTWA General Secretary, Mr. Ngawang Yeshi, Editor/Head of Cultural Research and Publication Department, Mr. Sangye Tandar Naga, heads of various LTWA Departments, faculty members and the participating students.
