5 August 2021: Sikyong Penpa Tsering la visits LTWA accompanied by his Cabinet Secretary where he is taken around by the LTWA Director and the General Secretary and briefed about the works and activities of various departments and sections of the institute. Later Sikyong gave a talk to the general staff body. This is his first visit since he became the President of the Central Tibetan Administration aka exile Tibetan government.
