Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
27 September 2018: LTWA Deputy Secretary welcomes a group of senior Indian Journalists from Lucknow comprising Hemendra P. Singh Tomar, Mehendra Pratap Singh, Raj Bahadur Singh, Atul Mohan Singh and Ms. Shilpi Sen, to LTWA where they are toured around and briefed about Tibetan culture and the activities of the institute. The tour is organized by Indian Tibet Coordination Office, Delhi.
