Library of Tibetan Works and Archives The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives is a Tibetan library in Dharamshala, India.
13 December 2024: LTWA winds up this academic year with a simple ceremonial function where certificates are awarded by the Editor/Department Head of Cultural Research and Publication Department, Mr. Sangye Tandar Naga, to the students who have successfully completed their respective courses. The institute offers courses on Tibetan language and Buddhist philosophy throughout its academic period starting mid-March till mid-December every year.
