DESCRIPTION:Topic: What is self-compassion? རང་ལ་དམིགས་པའི་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཅེས་པ་གང་རེད་དམ། \nThe concept of self-compassion is widely used in contemplative science\, and there is growing research showing its strong relationship to individual’s physical and mental wellbeing. However\, self-compassion is conceptualized by Western Buddhist scholars and academics for western audiences. In this session\, we’ll introduce the concept of self-compassion and discuss how it is interpreted and experienced within the Tibetan community.
